Easy Lotus Biscoff Dessert Cups: A No-Bake Indulgenc

Recipe: Lotus Biscoff Dessert Cups

Ingredients:

  • 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for custard)
  • 300 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Pinch of vanilla powder or essence

Directions:

1. Prepare the Biscuit Crumbs:
Using a food processor, grind the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs. If you don’t have one, you can place the biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Set aside.

2. Make the Custard:

  • Mix 1/4 of the milk with the custard powder until smooth.
  • In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • Gradually stir in the milk and custard mixture, and cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and let the custard cool to room temperature.
